Refund & Cancellation Policy of VS Taxi Service

– Once payment is made, if you cancel the trip within 24 hours, you are eligible for a 100% refund as applicable.

– If you cancel the trip within 72 hours of your scheduled time, 50% of the amount will be refundable as applicable.

– If you cancel the trip within 48 hours of the scheduled time, 0% refund will be applicable.

– Note: For same-day bookings, if you confirm and then cancel the trip immediately, no refund will be issued.
